Join the Tip-Top team. We train you in our method and quality requirements.

Teach baby swimming and swimming lessons according to the Tip-Top method.
Teach in individual lessons, in small groups of a maximum of 4 children and in personalized groups (family, friends).
Support students of all levels, from water familiarization to technical improvement.

First experience in teaching swimming or baby swimming. A test and internal training are organized in immersion with our team.
The Superior Aquatic Rescue Certificate (BSSA). You can start without a certificate, paired with a certified instructor, and Tip-Top covers part of the training costs after a certain time with the team.
Patience, rigor and motivation, and a genuine pleasure in working with children.
A good level of French. English, Dutch or another language are an asset, our students come from all backgrounds.
Regular availability. Our pools are open 7 days a week, and availability for replacements is appreciated.

Lessons in our private heated pools at 32 °C, in Waterloo and Braine-l'Alleud.
A small tight-knit team of about fifteen instructors and training in our method.
A part-time schedule, flexible but structured, for example on weekdays from 3:30 PM to 7 PM, Wednesday from 12 PM to 3 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM or 2 PM to 7 PM.
A status adapted to your situation, volunteer, article 17, student or self-employed, with a remuneration of 30 € net per hour.

Holiday camps in Uccle

An ideal complement to your teaching schedule, our camps take place during school holidays.

Supervise and lead a small group of children aged 3 to 12, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, at the Active School of Uccle (rue de Stalle 82).
Ensure the safety, well-being and development of each child.
Implement the activity schedule provided (ball sports, cycling, dance, crafts, board games...) while bringing your educational perspective.
Set up and put away equipment, and provide morning and evening childcare according to the schedule.

A diploma or pedagogical certificate, physical education teacher (AESI or master's), preschool or primary school teacher, specialized educator, psychomotor therapist, ADEPS sports instructor, activity leader or vacation center coordinator, or equivalent.
Experience supervising groups of children.
Sense of responsibility and safety, kindness, natural authority, organization and adaptability.
Fluency in French. A first aid certificate is an asset.
A criminal record extract (model 2) to be provided before taking up the position.

Camps during all school holidays, autumn breaks 2026 through summer 2027 inclusive, by the week according to your availability.
A weekly mission under article 17 status, with advantageous tax treatment, remunerated from €380 to €550 per week.
A wide range of themes, ball sports, cycling lessons, dance and rhythmic gymnastics, drone piloting, crafts, psychomotor activities, magic, board games.
