How to register?
Swimming lessons, baby swimming or holiday camps: everything is booked online, from your customer account.
Create your account and participants 👤
1. Create your customer account : click on "Sign in" at the top of the site, then on "Create an account". One account is enough for the whole family.
2. Add each participant : your baby, your child or yourself, with their date of birth.
Choose your session 📅
Open the calendar of the course or training you are interested in, choose the date, time and location, then add the session to your cart.
💡 You can select multiple sessions for the same participant before adding them together to your cart.
For aquatic courses, a BRONZE, SILVER or GOLD package allows you to book your sessions as you go: swimming prices → · baby swimmers prices →
Pay online or by transfer 💳
Water courses : the full amount is paid at booking.
Camps : a deposit of €20 per camp at booking, the balance before the camp starts.
If you pay by bank transfer, transfer the amount at the time of booking: an unpaid booking within 5 days is automatically cancelled when the activity takes place in more than 5 days. If the activity takes place in less than 5 days, the booking is kept and remains due: if you cannot attend, cancel it online or let us know.
Your virtual wallet balance, a package or a gift voucher can also be used for payment.
Receive confirmation ✅
After booking, you receive a confirmation email, then a practical information email: entry code and pool access, or welcome at the Uccle training center.
All your bookings remain visible in your customer account, "My Registrations" tab.
What if it's full or if I need to cancel? 🔄
Full? We do not maintain a waiting list. When a spot becomes available after a cancellation, it becomes bookable on the site again: check the calendar regularly.
Cancel an aquatic class, from your customer account:
Single class: up to 7 days before the class.
BRONZE package: up to 72 hours before the class.
SILVER package: up to 12 hours before the class.
GOLD package: up to the time of the class.
Cancel a course : more than 7 days before the start, full refund to your virtual wallet; less than 7 days before, we keep the deposit and the remainder is credited to your wallet; once the course has started, no refund.
